This event is a Healium 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training Module; it is also available for 16 Continuing Education Credits* with Yoga Alliance. ALL curious students are welcome!

Join Sarah Filzen, eRYT 500, for a day-long workshop about yoga and the pelvic floor. We will focus on the anatomy of the pelvic floor and how to practice asana for pelvic floor support. Also discussed will be sequencing and proper use of language when working with this sensitive part of the body; included will be a section on ethics and working with trauma.

*Important: Credit can be applied towards the 300 hour teaching certification or Yoga Alliance Continuing Education credit, not both. To receive 300 hour credit, you must be formally enrolled in Healium’s 300 hour advanced training program prior to this class.
